I am a biophoton disc, a hand-made gelatine color filter. A special system of lines bundles the energy of my color frequency Red, and only allows the color waves on this frequency to pass through. Application:
• Carefully read your options for harmonizing and strengthening your life energy on the following pages. Then, based on your needs (see picture), choose the appropriate Color Energy Disc for improved wellbeing on the body, psyche and skin.
• Place the Color Energy Disc on the corresponding chakra for at least 30 - 60 minutes (see picture above for location). If necessary, the Color Energy Discs can also be used over a longer period of time.
• Use the Color Energy Disc red, orange, yellow, green, pink, blue and indigo lilac daily or 2-3 times a week as required. Use the Color Energy Disc Violet-White once a week.
• Use only one Color Energy Disc per application.
• Monitor your skin and your physical and psychological changes consciously! The response time varies from person to person.
• Clean the Color Energy Discs with a soft cloth or Kleenex with the SOFRI Disc Cleaner. Please do not use water!
• If possible, create a "quiet oasis". Use the time of your harmonization and pamper your skin with a SOFRI ampoule or mask.

Tip: Start using the Color Energy Disc by harmonizing your heart chakra (pink, green). The physical sphere of influence of this chakra significantly influences the well-being of people.
